Rules of Play

By entering Coconuts Play & Party Centre, you are agreeing to abide by our rules and policies:

• The entry price includes up to 2 hours play (at peak times only). Please retain your receipt and this leaflet
• Everyone between the age of 1 and 12 inclusive must pay the entry fee
• NO FOOD AND DRINK is to be brought into Coconuts (except baby PUREE and formula milk). Failure to comply may lead to us asking you to leave
• Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area
• SOCKS must be worn at all times
• It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the system structure
• No food, drink or chewing gum should be taken into the play area
• Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave. Please report any inappropriate behaviour to a member of staff
• Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and well being of the children in their care and must maintain supervision at all times
• To help maximise your children's enjoyment from the play experience, Coconuts staff sometimes patrol the play frame. They are not however a replacement for parental supervision. Parents/Guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given for the safety of children using the play centre, Coconuts cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment
• We recommend that children wear long sleeves and trousers to protect their skin from scrapes
• Please report any accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance
• Nappy changing and the use of potties etc. should be conducted in the baby changing room. Place nappies in the correct bins provided.
